President Message
25-year club, a long run, over-crossed toughest paths, changed hurdles into stepping stones. I’m grateful to all our past presidents and all the members for choosing me as their team leader.
Leaders are not new to our club, but leadership in the Rotary is new to me. I’m very grateful to our PDG Chandrasekhar and PDG Valliappan, who gave me the platform that made me who I am today.
I am looking forward to this position, which will strengthen our friendships and facilitate new friendships for all of us. My tenure is the time to express my gratitude to our Queencity club, for identifying me as a writer.

President Message
I feel like a daughter holding a mother’s hand to teach her about the new things that have occurred in these 25 years, who taught her the alphabet. Over the last 25 years, our club has established all the benchmarks for leaders, and I am only a small speck in their potential.
Club foot and menstrual hygiene programs of our club will continue to be implemented this year as well.
Club Foot, our club’s flagship project, supplies shoes for infants and babies to cure their clubbed feet, has served for four years ago and will continue to do so this year.
“Pari Poorani” is A complete woman. Menstrual hygiene projects will be named as pari poorani. The major problem challenging us is sanitary napkin disposal. This year we plan to give reusable cloth pads which are environmentally friendly and have health benefits.
Projects such as ‘Nila Muttram’z, a storytelling event that started last year, ‘Puththaka Siragugal’, means wings of the book, a reading program for students, and ‘Maanbumigu Pengal’, a Women’s Day event, will be carried forward this year.
“Ezhil Yeyil” A new project to protect the environment. This project is working in three parts namely. Trash to Trees, a project with Interactors, Kitchen to Compost with club members and Pond restoration with community people.
“Fin in Feather” Project for Mental and physical health. “My health, My pride” In order to improve the physical and mental health of the members. “Oon Uruthi” Oon means Body and uruthi means strong. All the programs and projects related to medical camps awareness programs for Interactors, Rotractors, women and the community.
“Kanal Pagir” A literature-sharing event for women is going to be starting this year.
As a feather in the crown, this year is Cervi Cure, a program designed to prevent cervical cancer.
Our objective is to spread awareness in India and immunize 1000 girls against cervical cancer in our community. We hope that not only this year but all the upcoming years will be Queen’s Year for Cervi Cure until we become a cervical cancer-free society. Rotary makes it possible to create a world without polio, just as we can certainly create a world without cervical cancer. So, To Secure tomorrow’s women vaccinate today’s girls.
Plans are simply pieces of paper, an empty dream while a hand is waving. May the sound we make together resonate in every corner of the world. We have a lot to accomplish and a world to be created is waiting for us. All we need to do is hold each other’s hands firmly.
Let’s celebrate, Let the magic happen at every step we take.
Feel the magic,
Do the magic,
Create the magic most of these Be the Magic
